A free roof survey in Brighton from William, who checks the roof and the loft, photographs what he finds and tells you straight what needs doing. Ring 01273 110909 or send the form to book yours.
Most people call a roofer after something has gone wrong. A survey before that point, when you are buying a house, planning an extension or noticing the first slipped tile, saves money because small faults stay small.
William checks the roof from outside and from the loft: tiles or slates, ridges and verges, valleys and lead, chimney, flat roof sections, gutters and fascias, the felt or membrane and the timbers. You get photos of what he found and a straight answer on what needs doing now, what can wait and what is fine.
The survey is free, with no obligation. If work is needed, the quote follows.

Yes, if there is safe access. The loft shows the condition of the felt and the timbers better than the outside does.
Yes. Many buyers ask us to look after their surveyor has flagged the roof, so they know what the work will cost before they exchange.
We go up and look properly, from ladders and roof ladders, and photograph what we find.
