We take off the old timber or tired plastic, check the rafter ends behind and fit new uPVC fascias, vented soffits and new gutters and downpipes in one job. A ventilated soffit lets the loft breathe, which cuts condensation on the underside of the roof. Antonio's job in September 2026 took two days and included swapping his cement verge for a dry verge system while the access was up.
