When we re-roof your house or lay a new flat roof, our workmanship is guaranteed for 25 years from the day we finish, and the membrane, tiles, slates and flat roof systems carry their manufacturers' guarantees on top. All our work is guaranteed, and we are fully insured, with £1 million public liability cover.

What our 25-year guarantee means
When we re-roof your house or lay a new flat roof, we stand behind our workmanship for 25 years. If something we fitted fails in that time, such as a flashing we dressed, a ridge we fixed or a flat roof we laid, you ring the same number and we come back and put it right at no cost. The guarantee is written, dated and handed to you when the job is finished.
The materials carry their own guarantees on top of ours. Breathable membranes, tiles, slates, dry fix systems and flat roof systems all come with manufacturers' guarantees.
Repairs, chimneys and roofline
All our work is guaranteed. Repairs, chimney work and roofline vary so much, from a single slipped tile to a new run of fascias, that the guarantee for each one is written on your quote, so you know what you are getting before you say yes.
What is not covered
Storm and accidental damage after we finish, because that is what buildings insurance is for. Work that someone else later alters or adds to. Parts of the roof we were not asked to work on. And gutters left to block and overflow, because trapped water damages even the best roof edge. We tell you all of this up front.

What do I do if something goes wrong?

Does the guarantee transfer if I sell the house?
Tell us when you sell and we confirm the guarantee in writing for the new owner. A written roof guarantee is a useful document for a buyer's solicitor.
