Roof repairs in Worthing for seafront terraces, Broadwater semis and Goring bungalows, with the cause found before any money is spent. Ring 01273 110909 or send the form for a free quote.
Worthing's seafront and the streets behind it take the weather first. Bay roofs on Victorian and Edwardian houses, with their small lead or felt tops, split and let water into the front room. Chimney stacks on three-storey terraces lose their flaunching to the wind.
In Broadwater, Tarring and Goring, the inter-war houses and bungalows bring hipped roofs with mortar-bedded ridges and hips. When those crack, the ridge tiles rock and the next gale takes them. Converting them to dry fix while we repair is the fix that lasts.
Every repair starts in the loft where we can get in, because that is where you see where the water really runs.
